Yes, we offer both telehealth and in-person appointments. While either option may be appropriate depending on your needs, we generally recommend scheduling your initial appointment in person whenever possible. Subsequent visits can often be completed in person or virtually, based on your preferences and clinical needs.

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know you, understand your concerns, and explore your goals. We will openly discuss your concerns, explore your goals, and develop a comprehensive treatment plan together. Your care may include medication management, integrative approaches, lifestyle modifications, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.
